Additionally, we’re also qualified to manage any materials containing asbestos correctly. All Retain operatives have undergone the appropriate training to gain certification to comply with the latest regulations. Our in-house health and safety manager meticulously monitors these regulations to ensure our operatives remain competent in their roles.

We can safely remove and dispose of your asbestos, as per HSE A14 guidance notes. We also ensure that our operatives are safe, that access is restricted for non-trained individuals and that all nearby surfaces are protected from contamination.

Our clients are also offered the reassurance of air testing as part of our asbestos removal service. Despite this not being a legal requirement, we do it to ensure complete safety for our staff and clients.

When carrying out removal and replacement work, we can either do everything in one go or undertake it as phased work, which is sometimes preferable when the building is ‘live’ and in regular use.
