Single Skin Roof Sheeting

Single skin roof sheeting specifically uses only one metal deck sheet and is designed to provide an economical solution to industrial and commercial properties. This roofing system is significantly used in applications where performance demands are moderate.

The roof sheeting can be plastisol coated, galvanised steel box profile that can come in a variety of colours. Better still, they come with a guarantee of either 20 or 25 years. This is undeniably dependent on whether it’s installed in a coastal location. As an alternative, we use an HPS finish or Tata ‘Prisma’ finish. This subsequently allows for a 40-year guarantee on the coating.

At Retain Roofing, we use an anti-condensate backing for these, as condensation can easily form on the underside of roofs. Additionally, if asbestos is present, our dedicated team is on hand to safely remove and dispose of it within current HSE guidelines.
